Returns & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy on returns and refunds.

By completing this order, you agree to and accept all the following terms and conditions.

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The customer will be responsible for the return's shipping cost, which must be sent to us using a courier service with a tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. When returning an item, you must provide the tracking number for the courier service. You also need to bear the risk of loss caused by the return shipment. Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund. You'll be automatically refunded by your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For unused and unopened products, you will receive a refund (minus a shipping fee of £5 and a handling fee of 6%). 6% is the handling fee for credit card fees and exchange rates, and we recover the basic expenditure costs.

No refunds will be given if the product is damaged or shows signs of use or cannot be used.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to stop the shipping process. If your order has already entered the processing phase, you will need to return the item for a refund by following our 30-day return policy.
